Abstract

Human Rights is a subject that is present in people, in the facts and events of contemporary societies and that all concerns of, in a direct or an indirect way. Therefore, this deserve to be interpreted, not its overall size but in a specific way. It is, from the hermeneutic and pragmatic perspective, for interpret these ones. This is to make the exercise to illustrate and interpret human rights, so that this approach allows us to glimpse if these are common, inalienable and equal for all family members human, at all times, as ratified by the Proclamation of Tehran, for example, and in other statements in particular, in the constitution of Colombia 1991, in our case. Foregoing, shows a need to interpret the own events to Human Rights to enforce the same, not only understanding the theoretical sense of rights, we must also take into account the results in practice and its applicability in all places of social life.
